Who is this company insured by and for how much?

We are proudly covered under Hiscox insurance, the policy that we currently have is for $2,000,000 to ensure that you the customer never have anything to worry about. I will also show a copy of the insurance certificate before conducting any business, this is just one more step we take to make this as experience as relaxing possible. What do you mean by we clean off ORGANIC material?

Organic material can best be summed as naturally occurring material. this is what is most commonly dirtying up your windows such as dust, bugs, fingerprints, and good old dog snot. Most window jobs we see only have organic material as obstructions on the window, so for about 99% of the jobs we do this is not really an issue to worry about. There are a few instances though that NON ORGANIC material could be your issues such as sticker adhesives, silicon sprays, paint, and the dreaded hard water spots. these types of things are not included in the basic window cleaning quotes. with that said we do clean off non-organic debris when requested to.

Why aren’t hard water spots considered organic?

Water spots by themselves may not be an issue but the way hard water spots are formed makes them a tremendous issue. This is not organically occurring from water like rain but does often come from sprinklers. Its due to the chemical residue left from the water drying. These man-made chemicals were added to the water causing it to not be classified as organic.

How do you determine the price of each window?

Several factors go into this; things as size, accessibility, tools needed, level of material on the window that needs to be removed, and many more. I would like to take this time to assure you there is a reason behind each price. I promise to give a full modular quote so you can choose what best fits your needs of my service.

Is there a traveling mileage fee?

NO! I refuse to charge one set price for fuel. It is 2023 and our nation’s fuel prices are very inflated but that does not mean that you the customer should have to pay a broad estimate cost for our fuel. With that said fuel isn't free and I promise to be transparent with you the customer on how this business is run. How I do this is within a certain distance I do not charge anything for fuel however at a certain distance fuel will become a factor for me on the job. Where I am different is if I’m around your neighborhood and have multiple jobs in the area I will break up the added fuel cost across the number of customers that I have that day versus attempting to make money off flat fuel cost.

Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning appointment?

Short answer, No. The only thing I ask is if there are any trinkets or decorations in the windows that you take them down. (Of course, if you need help don’t hesitate to ask.). If there are any gates that may keep me from getting around the house it will be necessary for you to unlock those for me to gain access to those areas.

I would like to give some special instructions before my service technician arrives how can I do so?

The number on our site should allow you to reach the technician at any time during the work day. If you can not get a call to the technician and a text would make things more convenient for you, then by all means text away.
